Refunds
Refunds may be given (excluding Domain Registration, Design and Consultancy Fees) within the first 30 days of commencement of service under magdesign's 30 day money-back-guarantee. No refunds are possible after the first 30 days of commencement of service. Domain names are registered for a miminum of 1 year (2 years in the case of .uk domains) and no refunds are possible (part or otherwise).
Cancellations
Clients may cancel their hosting service(s) at any time from their client area. The service(s) will be cancelled from the end of the current billing period in which the cancellation was made. Monthly billing cycles run for a minimum of 3 months and cannot be cancelled until 3 monthly payments have been received by magdesign except in the event of a refund under magdesign's 30 day money-back-guarantee.
